Spain Meeting
The first transnational meeting of the NATURE project took place in 19th-25th October 2025 Spain, where partners from Türkiye, Italy, and Spain came together to launch the project and build a shared vision for outdoor education.
During this meeting, schools presented their current practices, explored CEIP Mª Luisa Cañas’s outdoor learning spaces, and worked collaboratively on the first sections of the Outdoor Education Handbook and Teacher Training Toolkit. Workshops focused on balancing technology with physical activity, supporting children with diverse needs, and designing inclusive outdoor environments.
The meeting also marked the official launch of the eTwinning project and strengthened cooperation among partners, setting a solid foundation for the 24-month journey ahead.

Italy Meeting
As part of the Erasmus+ KA210-SCH project “NATURE – New Adventures in Teaching and Understanding the Real Environment”, project partners gathered in Taviano, Italy for an international learning meeting focused on expanding outdoor learning practices in early childhood education.
During the mobility, teachers and educational staff from Spain, Türkiye, and Italy exchanged experiences, explored innovative outdoor teaching methods, and participated in practical workshops designed to strengthen nature-based learning. The activities focused on sensory learning, inclusive education, sustainability, and balancing technology with physical activity in preschool environments.
The Italian partner school introduced participants to creative outdoor education approaches inspired by experiential learning and environmental awareness. Teachers collaborated on developing new activities for the Outdoor Education Handbook and discussed strategies to create more accessible, engaging, and eco-friendly learning spaces for young children.
This mobility represented another important step in the NATURE project’s mission to promote healthier, greener, and more inclusive educational experiences for preschool children across Europe.
